What is Restaurants Ordering System?
This is a system specially designed to improve the waiter/waitress work efficiency by easy ordering or customer self-ordering and wirelessly transmit (600m 433MHz) the order to cashier POS and kitchen display/printer.

How does the system work?
1. Customer or Waiter order from the Ordering Terminal.
2. Ordering data is sent to 433MHz base station.
3. 433MHz base station send data to the front POS/ECR and Kitchen Display/Kitchen Printer.
4. Cook prepare the dish according to Kitchen Display or the receipt printed out from Kitchen Printer.
5. After customer pays the bill, the order will be closed on POS/ECR and be erased from the Kitchen Display.
6. SO1 combine the function of Service calling (refer to the related chapter).
7. Can check the cooking status on the front POS.
8. Can page the non-ready dish on the front POS. |

SO1X Customer Self-Ordering Terminal
1. With 32*144 graphic LCD display.
2. With in-built long distance 433MHz wireless module.
3. 3*1.5V dry battery life time is upto 3 months.
4. Easily update the dish database (new dish, new price, special discount ect).
5. Easily change table No. in setting menu.

KD4X Kitchen display
1. 19” touch-screen LCD.
2. in-built 2.4G MHz module to avoid pollution on the port which may influence the communication.
3. ARM Processor version, Linux OS without software copyright problem.
4. Show the cooking status of each dish in column according to each table No.
5. Cooking status can be updated instantly and the status refresh time can be set.
6. Cooking status is identified by different colors to let cook easily follow.
7. Automatically show the same dish from different tables when cook select one, then cook can decide whether to cook all orders together.
8. If dish doesn't enter into cooking-status for a setting time, it’s color will be changed into “YELLOW” to warn the cook.

2. Four ports for different connection: Ethernet, USB, RS232, 4*RS422.
